In this blog, we hear from the Weldmar Hospicecare Trust on their projects to digitally train their staff, volunteers, patients and families, including the development of an exciting new app to support remote monitoring of community patients. The Hospice received funding earlier this year from DCMS' Digital Inclusion Fund.
